Valter Varga is the Founder & Principal Builder of Custom Building Solutions Inc., a luxury residential construction company dedicated to delivering exceptional custom homes, transformative renovations, and high-end additions throughout Southwest Florida.
Originally from Hungary, Valter immigrated to the United States in 2012 with a strong work ethic, ambitious goals, and a passion for building. Shortly after arriving, he entered the construction industry and began working directly in the field alongside skilled craftsmen across multiple trades. From framing and concrete work to finish carpentry and project execution, he gained invaluable hands-on experience that shaped the foundation of his career.
Rather than learning construction from a boardroom, Valter learned it from the job site. Working alongside experienced tradesmen gave him a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the importance of doing things the right way. Through years of dedication, continuous education, and real-world experience, he earned his Florida State Certified General Contractor license and founded Custom Building Solutions Inc.
Today, Valter personally oversees every project, providing clients with a level of involvement, accountability, and attention that is increasingly rare in the construction industry. His commitment to excellence has earned the trust of homeowners, architects, interior designers, and industry professionals throughout Southwest Florida’s most prestigious communities, including Old Naples, Park Shore, Bay Colony, and Port Royal.
